INTRODUCTION

I would like to dedicate this story to my grand children. Also, to all those who will one day inherit our beautiful planet earth.

We the present shepherds of earth’s societies must soon pass on. We leave behind a legacy for their future.
Future historians will judge our past and present as a memorial to our social designs and behaviors. They will have to acknowledge both our achievements and failures. They will note not only our sciences and technical achievements, but also our miss-management of our social institutions. Crime, poverty, wars and corruption in high places and ostentatious display of great wealth over less fortunate societies.

Historians will interpret economics as a religion. This earthly religion which we worship has its’ heaven and hell where the wealthy and powerful live and enjoy the kingdom of heaven and our poverty stricken live in the kingdom of hell. A half-way house was the position of the middle class from which one could move up or down the economic ladder between heaven and hell.

Historians will emphasize the power of money. Money was the Idol of Worship. It was money that opened the Pearly Gate to Heaven. Yes, historians will have volumes to write and teach.

We do not own planet earth. We are only visitors. We come and we leave. When we leave, "We should leave nothing but our foot prints”.

When societies are eventually in harmony with nature we will then, and only then inherit planet earth.

This is a story that was not intended to be told, but I now feel that it is a story that must be told. Let the reader decide.
